Plans, usage and subscription billing
Compare Free, Founder, Growth, Studio and Scale; understand event limits, spending caps and billing availability.
Plans and collection limits
Free is $0 for 10,000 events per month, one website and six months of data. Founder is $5 monthly or $50 annually for 100,000 events; Growth is $15 or $159 for 500,000; Studio is $24 or $265 for 1 million; Scale is $99 or $1,150 for 5 million. Annual amounts are billed once a year in USD.
Every plan includes revenue attribution through Stripe. Free includes 3 goals and 1 funnel. Journeys, API and MCP access are included on paid plans. Tracking is cookieless and aggregate by default. Free has a hard monthly cap. Paid extra events cost $18 per additional 1M, within a spending limit you set; the default extra-event limit is $0. Enable extra events only when Billing offers them; otherwise collection pauses at the included allowance. Reaching an authorized spending limit also pauses new collection while existing reports remain readable. Usage counts accepted unique events monthly in UTC.
Free retains 6 months of detailed activity. Paid plans retain 13 months of detailed activity, then daily totals for up to 3 years on Founder or 5 years on Growth, Studio and Scale. A shorter website retention preference still applies. Studio teams can use expiring, revocable shared reports for client review; report sharing is also available on other plans.
Subscription availability
Billing settings show the environment and whether checkout is available. Sandbox checkout cannot take a real payment. Paid subscriptions require Zijra’s operator to verify its merchant, published USD catalog, isolated billing portal and signed subscription updates before explicitly enabling live sales. Incomplete setup leaves checkout unavailable. An existing sandbox subscription is never silently converted to a paid one.
An authorized workspace owner can open available checkout, review invoices, update payment details and schedule cancellation for the end of the billing period. A return from Stripe does not grant a subscription until its payment receipt is verified. Start on Free without a card; choosing a paid plan or monthly/yearly billing preference never takes a payment by itself.
Your payment-provider connection is separate
Paying for Zijra does not connect your website’s Stripe revenue. Revenue settings authorize read access to your own merchant account; they do not charge customers, upgrade your Zijra plan or increase collection capacity. Follow the Stripe connection guide for the read permissions it needs. Never enter Zijra’s billing credentials into a website revenue connection.
