Dates, filters and exports

Explore the same selection across the chart, breakdowns and CSV.

One report selection

Choose a date preset or custom range, shift to the previous period and group the chart by day, week or month. The website timezone defines calendar boundaries.

Use the acquisition selector or a breakdown row’s filter button to narrow the report. Click Details for searchable rows and a dimension CSV. Clear filters restores the broader report.

Combine report filters

Open Filters, choose a dimension and use is, is not, contains or does not contain. Add another filter to narrow the same audience further. All filters combine with AND, including two rules on the same dimension. Changing the acquisition source keeps these rules; remove an individual chip or use Clear filters to reset them.

Text matching is case sensitive. Contains searches for literal text: * and % are ordinary characters. Page and Exit link rules inspect every recorded value for a visit; a negative rule excludes a visit when any value matches. Missing dimensions keep their displayed labels, such as Unknown or Direct / none.

Save the selection in Segments to reuse it. Reports accept up to 20 filters, 2,048 characters per value and 8 KB of combined filter JSON. Historical daily totals cannot reconstruct exclusions, substring rules or intersections; unavailable history is excluded with a measurement notice.

Export CSV

The report export uses the same dates, source, currency and dimension filters. Revenue fields contain exact integer minor units and keep refunds signed. Currencies are never added together.

Realtime

Realtime displays stored activity from the recent five-minute window. Visible reports refresh every fifteen seconds; pause and resume control that refresh.
