Buyer insights

Paid plans: compare observed peak hours, measured page engagement and retained paths to a first recorded payment.

Open buyer insights

On a paid plan, open Analytics for your website and expand Buyer insights beneath the main charts. It uses your current dates, filters, currency and live/test payment mode. Reports load when you expand the panel; changing websites starts with a closed panel.

Compare visits with recorded sales

The weekday-and-hour grid switches between observed visits, recorded cash receipt counts and gross revenue, in the website’s reporting timezone. A busy traffic hour is not necessarily a busy payment hour. These are observed totals, not a prediction of the best time to advertise, and currencies are never converted.

Read engagement with its coverage

Compare page activity before a buyer’s first retained payment with the group that has no observed receipt by the end of the selected window. The latter group can still buy later. Active time measures visible activity, pauses after 30 seconds idle and is capped at 30 minutes per session and page; it does not prove attention or reading.

Scroll depth is optional. Add data-track-scroll="true" to your existing tracker script to collect 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% milestones. Do not install a second tracker. Each collected milestone counts as an event. The report shows sample coverage; — means unknown, not zero. Previously unmeasured scrolling cannot be reconstructed.

Understand a first observed payment

Purchase timing starts from the first retained observation associated with a consented buyer and ends at their first observed retained payment. It shows website-local calendar days and visits to payment, at most the first five pre-payment pages, and the first observed source alongside the closing source. This is retained history, not a claim about the customer’s lifetime first purchase. Page and source breakdowns show up to 20 results.

Unattributed receipts remain in revenue but are excluded from buyer paths. Timing alone, email matching and guessed identities never create a link. A partial-history notice and detail cutoff identify the limits of retained observations. Imported daily totals cannot supply hourly activity, page engagement or an individual purchase path.
